Joel Amao

CTO & Founding Partner

Joel Amao is the Chief Technology Officer at 3T Solutions Consulting.

After almost two decades on the front lines of IT, Joel has built a reputation for simplifying complex IT and Security initiatives to realize transformational results for the business, customers and IT teams involved. His pedigree includes years at Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, AT&T and Syniverse Technologies .

Joel’s mission is to translate his valuable insights into an actionable set of strategies that guide organizations to transform the value of Information Technology while managing risk .

Prior to 3T, Joel was Senior Director of Network Architecture at Syniverse Technologies, a global transaction company that connects more than 1,500 mobile service providers, enterprises, ISPs and OTTs in nearly 200 countries and territories.

At Cisco systems, Joel was awarded the prestigious System Engineer Excellence award, an award reserved for the top 10% of Cisco Engineers worldwide.

Joel holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida Tampa.

He has several expert level industry certifications including three CCIEs in Routing & Switching, Service Provider and Collaboration, JNCIE and VCP6 in Network Virtualization.

He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers IEEE, R3 -Southeastern USA .


Dayo Abiodun

Executive VP – Global Technology Strategy

Dayo is our Vice President of Global Technology Strategy at 3T Solutions Consulting. Dayo has seasoned expertise and versatility in Technology management, R&D and Business Development.

Dayo’s experience has enforced measurable stakeholder value through the strategic implementation of relationship building and project execution methodologies in IT.

Dayo has worked in the Telecom industry for over 30 years with global leaders such as Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, CitiBank, Acme packet (now Oracle), Aicent and Syniverse Technologies.

With his extensive experience in technology and telecommunications in sub-Saharan Africa, Dayo has built strategic business relationship and knowledge in one of the fastest growing emerging telecommunication markets.

Dayo has functioned at different capacities in areas such as research and development, technology advisor & evangelist and contributing author to various working group within the mobile and wireless bodies.

As the Regional Sales Manager for Acme Packet (now Oracle) in Africa, Dayo was responsible for channel partner relationship development and management, as well as working with Service Providers, Systems Integrators, major equipment vendors and large and more complex end user accounts throughout the assigned Region.

Dayo was the brain behind Aicent’s Business Development strategy in Africa where he nurtured win-win situations within new and existing client base and created the required visibility to expand Aicent Inc’s reach, client base and profitability within the region. He serves in strategic advisory roles for telecom operators and regulators in Africa.

Dayo began his studies at Rutgers University and graduated with Honors from DeVry institute of Technology in Woodbridge, New Jersey with a BSC in Telecommunications Management.


Luis Cardona

VP- Enterprise & SP Services

Luis Cardona is a Senior Consulting Engineer and VP of Enterprise and Service Provider -Network/Cloud Operations.

Luis brings over 25 years of insightful blend of Technical and Management expertise in Network engineering.

Prior to 3T, Luis was a Senior Advisory Systems Engineer and later a Network Engineering Manager at Syniverse Technologies. As an accomplished Technology leader with extensive background in network implementation and engineering, Luis impacted more than $500M in revenue as the sole SME supporting the highest revenue generating product for several years.

Luis also worked as a network engineer for 12 years at JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States.

Luis is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and holds a CCNP in Routing & Switching and VCP in Network Virtualization..


Jonedith Padao

Director Human Resources

Jonedith is the Executive Director, Human Resources at 3T Solutions Consulting . In this position, Jonedith provides leadership and assistance in identifying and recruitment for the 3T Solutions team. She serves as the primary contact for our global offices and assists on special projects such as workforce training.

Additionally, Jonedith provides technical and logistical support for multiple projects, meetings, conferences, and workshops

Jonedith is based in Tampa Florida and enjoys participating in Charity causes in the Tampa Bay area.


Souley Diaby

VP-Solutions Architecture

Souley has more than 25 years of experience in technology integration and consulting. He has achieved Cisco’s highest certification as a double CCIE. With extensive experience with a wide range of clients and technologies, he is sought out by client executives as a thought leader in technology strategy, planning, integration and the development of pragmatic solutions to address clients challenges.

On some of his recent engagements, Souley has focused on developing collaborative initiatives on diverse technologies including IT Security & Organizational assessments, large scale WAN, LAN, Datacenter and Unified Collaboration.

Souley has served as a Senior Solutions Architect for Network and Infrastructure design as well as Unified Collaboration at NCR Corp located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Before NCR Corp, Souley served as a resident consultant at Juniper networks. He was also a senior network consultant at IHG providing network assessments, design and implementation for global data center development. He has vast experience in implementing Unified Communication technologies.

Souley has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in Georgia and holds a double CCIE certification in Routing & Switching and Collaboration.

Adebola Osundahunsi

Executive VP – Project & Risk Management


Adebola is the Executive Vice President of Project and Risk Management.

He brings over 15 years of practical and result-focused experience in Project, Risk, Finance, Contract and Schedule management. His work provides valuable insights that empowers project and key stakeholders to focus on the key risks that can have the most impact on the business.

Prior to 3T, Adebola was Project & Risk Management Consultant at Shell Oil and Regional Manager (Americas) were he transformed breakeven projects into profitable venture through delivery of cost saving solutions and enhanced process designs.

Adebola is a staunch believer in a 21st century knowledge-based community service, especially within the minority community. He has trained over 1000 project management professionals within and outside the Oil & Gas industry both local and international.

He has authored and presented at key global Project and Risk management conferences in the world. Among his publications are;

Adebola is a distinguished member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he holds several industry certification including the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP),PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Adebola holds an executive MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and a Masters in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management from Cullen College of Engineering, University of Houston.

Kelvin Michael George

Executive VP – Global Business Development

Kelvin Michael George has been a chief executive officer, finance manager, senior business analyst, and business consultant, project manager, system administrator, accountant, business coach/trainer for more than 20 years. Mr. George possesses multifarious skills and expertise both in the public and private sector.
He has exceptional competencies in organizational assessment, strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, policy and procedure writing, management and financial reporting, strategic formulation and implementation, project management, public sector reform or re-engineering.

Kelvin was instrumental in the re-engineering and development of SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) and public sectors, facilitating in the maximization of owners’ net worth.

He has conducted several organizational assessments/reviews, system, strategic and management analysis through elicitation of requirements. He then recommended, developed and implemented appropriate strategies that led to organizational growth, cost savings and financial security. Established appropriate performance indicators, performance management system, and data/ control flow diagraming or designing.

Mr. George is the proud holder of an MBA from Henley Business School, United Kingdom; Associate Member of Business Executives (AMBE), United Kingdom; Business Analysis/Consulting certification form the Villanova University, Pennsylvania; Certificate Research form NIH, System Administration training with Radiant System, Tennessee; Senior Business Analysis training with Global Resources, Architecture Drawing/Project management certificate, from Grenada National College WI; and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Administration and Law with Walden University, Minnesota.
